Applying for a career with Well couldn’t be easier.

If you see an opportunity you’re interested in, just click the Search and Apply button. This will take you through to an online application form.

Once we receive your application, someone within our Resourcing team will review it and be in touch. And don’t worry, we won’t leave you in limbo, wondering if you’ve been successful or not. We’ll keep you updated at every stage.

As soon as our recruitment team has done the initial necessary checks, the final stage of the process will be a face-to-face interview with your future manager. This means we can get to know you as a person a little more, as well as your professional abilities. We’re interested as much in your attitude and behaviour as we are your skills and experience. After all, it’s really important to us that you share our values and approach to work. Of course it’s also important that you get to meet the person you’ll be working with too.

So, if everything goes well and you’re offered the job, there are just a few more employment checks that we’ll need to carry out, relating to the specific pharmacy role you’ve applied for. Depending on the role you’ve applied for, we might need to perform a criminal record check too.
