Our Customer Services teams play a vital role. They’re the people who quickly and professionally resolve any queries to do with the delivery of our pharmaceutical products and medical supplies – leaving our branches to concentrate on what they do best – looking after our customers.
Customer Service Advisors answer any customer queries or complaints, quickly and efficiently, usually over the telephone. Our Contact Centre team also provides advice and support to customers about our medical products and make sure customer orders for medical supplies are accurately placed.
Administrators within the team will focus on processing prescriptions and helping with any queries about prescription accounts.
Every day is different here. We speak to a wide range of customers and respond to all sorts of queries that directly impact our patients.
