In our Operations team, we support the day to day running of our business. From managing general queries from stores to sending out internal communications, organising deliveries, and booking cover for when our Pharmacists are on leave.
The focus of the operations team is centered around the customer experience in all of our stores, we work to make sure that all of our services, products and people work towards improving the health and well being of our customers. We set the benchmark for excellent customer service – and give our pharmacies anything they need to meet it.
Roles in our close-knit, friendly Operations teams are as diverse as the people who visit our pharmacies.
