It’s hard to believe any other HR department is as involved and influential in shaping the future of its people as ours. Everyone here is focused on making sure that Well is viewed as a career destination for pharmacy professionals and that we’re best placed to attract and retain the top talent.

We look after the employee life cycle of over 7,000 colleagues – from recruitment, L&D, and business partnering to providing the sort of support colleagues need to develop and grow their careers. We also have our own shared services and payroll team within HR and, now we’re standing alone with all our HR practices and polices for our new way of working, we can offer you the chance to help shape our HR services.

In HR, we’re passionate about supporting the wider business strategy through our people agenda. We have a real opportunity here, to be involved with much more than operational HR and instead actively work with business stakeholders to drive the Well business strategy and people agenda forward.
